Programmable Spatial Light Modulation

The original PSLM can emulate the cycle of the grating by using software.This method greatly improves the accuracy and scope of application by abolishing the mechanical drive and transmission parts. (The detection height can reach ± 1200 μm), avoiding mechanical wear and maintenance expenses.

Phase Measurement Profilometry

Through the phase modulation of full shade, we can provide a high detection resolution (0.37μm), 4-8 times sampling ensures high repeatability. Perfect detection performances can be reached with high precision screw and guide rail.

3D Diffuse Lighting

Using of synchronization structure light perfectly solves the shaded affect in solder paste inspection. Using a dimensional RGB light source in combination with high contrast we are able to perfectly work with any substrate. This includes black substrates, ceramic substrates, and also 2D/3D color images of the paste.

Active RGB 2D Light Source

Patented RGB Tune function takes Red, Green and Blue images and with unique filter algorithm, solving false alarms in solder bridge detection as well as uncertainty in finding the surfaces relative zero. RGB Tune is also responsible for providing the 2D/3D measurements and displaying images of the printed solder paste.

Bad Mark On The Fly Detection

Automatic detection of PCB bad marks on the fly, PCB bad mark on the fly, it will feed the info into the pick and place machine in real time control loop.

Multi Optional Barcode Function

Both camera barcode and external 1D/2D barcode are supported, also manual input function is available.

Three Stage Mapping Traceability

Collaborate with pre and post AOI equipment in the SMT line, forming a quality control system with close loop process. The data can also be synchronized to the customers ERP system.

High Accuracy Hardware Platform

High rigid grade steel frame combined with close loop servo control and high precision level ball screws create high speed steady positioning. The optional linear and high precision linear position encoding system is capable of measuring 3015 device pads with ultra high resolution and high speed. The repeatable accuracy can be reduced to 1μm.

Z Axis Real Time Dynamic Tracking And Telecentric Static Vision Compensation Capability

Glue Inspection

PSLM 3D measurement can reach ±1200μm and with the RGB Tune function is capable of high accuracy measuring of non- transparent glue processes, including missing, overflow, excess, shape and a combination view of 2D/3D images.

Multi Array Mark Detection

For multi - array PCB marks, with the dynamic capture function there is no need to capture images one by one which reduces detection time dramatically.

Close Loop With Printer

Share real time measurement results with the printer and adjust printer parameters automatically in real time.
